Dog Food and Its Effects |

Why am I am writing about dog food on a dog training site? Turns out the two topics are connected. I've gotten fascinated by the relationship between dog food and behavior. This had been in the back of my mind, and then over several months I exchanged emails with a woman whose puppy showed severe behavioral problems -- to the point of biting her children -- when given certain foods but not others. If Marley were the only dog I knew of to have behavior problems related to food, I would not have written so much, but unfortunately dogs can have allergies and reactions to many dog food ingredients.
Since most of my writing now is on the blog, that's where this relatively new topic is.
